Who is this training for?

The course is suitable for employees of all levels, including full-time and part-time workers, managers and supervisors who are required to use ladders as part of their job role. The course is designed as an introduction to ladder safety.

If you or your staff use ladders, then this course will guide you in setting up Ladders correctly and provide you with the knowledge on how to carry out inspections and checks on your ladders.

What does the course cover?

If your ladder is not inspected or checked properly at the right times, then someone could be seriously injured or even killed!

Do you know what to look for if there are defects in the ladder?

Do you know what legislation to follow? Then don’t worry at this course covers it all.

how to set up, use and store your ladders in your workplace.

Test and Certification

At the end of the course you will be given a test of 20 multiple choice questions. The required pass rate is 85%.

You will be able to download and print (if required) a digital certificate on completion of the course.

Course certificate lasts for 3 years (Refresher courses are available and recommended every 12 months)
