Level 2 – Food Safety Training

So that the health of the nation is protected the following food safety legislation applies to food business operators. The production, processing, distribution, retail, packaging and labelling of food stuffs are governed by a mass of laws, regulations, codes of practice and guidance.

allergens? What are the best working practices to avoid cross contamination in your premises?

 

What does the course cover?

We are here to train your staff, working in food premises. To ensure that food is kept safe from contamination, beginning at the source to ending with the consumption of the food.

Test and Certification

At the end of the course you will be given a test of 20 multiple choice questions. The required pass rate is 85%.

You will be able to download and print (if required) a digital certificate on completion of the course.

Course certificate lasts for 3 years

Approximately 55 minutes. (excluding time taken for the final exam)
