food safely from the beginning at the source to ending with the consumption of
the food.

of the nation is protected the following food safety legislation applies to
food business operators. The production, processing, distribution, retail, packaging
and labelling of food stuffs are governed by a mass of laws, regulations, codes
of practice and guidance.

and Certification
At the end of the
course you will be given a test of 20 multiple choice questions. The required
pass rate is 85%.
You will be able to
download and print (if required) a digital certificate on completion of the
